Manufacturing Plant Audits

Every organization will inventory assets at one point or another (during a potential sale, accounting assessment, change management, etc.). At this time, our team can provide the service of an audit of your manufacturing plant(s). We'd be happy to share all the details of the engagement, but in short we're looking at understanding the operations, technical maturity, obsolescence of the equipment, improvement opportunities, bottlenecks, and more.

At the end of an audit, the appropriate parties will receive a comprehensive report with recommendations of the current state and potential solutions to some of the problems uncovered during the audit.

Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement

Every top manufacturing facility will have a team of dedicated continuous improvement experts that will tirelessly apply lean six sigma (or other methodologies) principles to improve production, reduce waste, eliminate bottlenecks, etc. We've been a part and led such projects for various customers.
